When you are the first to speak out against the wrong doing of someone, or an institution it is never an easy battle to win.


Often people are afraid to talk about things becuase they fear not being supported or even believed.  They are often asked "How come no one has reported this before?" or "What did you do to make this happen" and perhaps "Are you sure you didn't misundersand what was said or done?". 

As the old adage goes "there is strength in numbers", but always remember that YOU matter.
