Ever start up a conversation with an ex and then slap yourself 5 seconds into the conversation?

Most of us have that one idiot we simply can’t stand, although we try.

You walk into a bar there he is, you look around because you think to yourself there must be someone else around who you know. Hmm …no one…

You say a word of prayer as you walk over, big smile on your face that somehow gets bigger with each step… “Hey”.

He responds cheerfully, you whisper ; “Thank you, Lord”.

At this moment it is as though the Devil himself takes over and the idiot just starts ranting, next thing you know, he is calling you names.

How did you get from “Hey” to “Look , don’t let me knock you out with this stool”

Who are these crazy people and why don’t they come with a danger sign.

It would be soooo good if when we meet someone we could hit the ffwd button to take a peak…to see how the relationship would it…would it be over after two years or would it be until death.  That would make steering clear of the psychos a lot easier.

It is truly a sign of immaturity when someone simply cannot let a relationship die peacefully. Try not to be that someone, don’t call people names to make yourself feel better about being left, you only make a bigger fool of yourself.

Calling Names

I am not one for making New Year resolutions because I think that if you wish to change something in your life you will just do it; you don’t need a new year to do so. I do understand that some people just need to mark an ‘official’ start time, and I respect that. Now, after saying all that I made a resolution- to blog more.  J

So here beginneth … hmm not sure if that is a double n or not…oh well

A friend of mine called me today to look at a post on Facebook . She felt it was in poor taste, and oddly amusing , I am yet to determine how I feel about the post. Let me explain.

There is this young lady boldly proclaiming that she is praying to find a man, I rather not use spouse because that could be man or woman… so yes she is praying to find a man in 2013.

Is that faith in God or desperation?
