Ask someone if they love you, and you might get a quick yes...ask them if they love themselves and   you might get a half baked- "Of course!".



It seems so much easier for most of us to love others than it is for us to love 'the man in the mirror'.

We give love away freely and keep little...sometimes we keep just enough to get by...

How is it even possible to love someone if we do not love ourselves?

How is it possible to cherish someone when we do not know our own worth?

People say true love is when you love someone more than you love yourself, when you would do anything for that person, and then some...is it really possible to show love for others if you have no love for 'self'?
