It always amazes me that so many people believe that growing up with one parent is the worse thing that could happen to a child. So many of us have been raised by just our Moms , or our Dads and have turned out to be remarkable people. People despise  single parenting so much that they would rather see a child be raised by two bitter people who have not an ounce of love for each other.
