There are some ills in life that you expect.

Insults, criticisms, rejection, being trampled on...

The thing is though no matter how much you expect something to happen, that moment when it does still somehow lands you flat on your face.



It usually takes you a few moments to remind yourself that you were 'prepared' for 'it' to happen.

So, you rush to find that suit case you hid away with all the necessities needed to survive your moment of  trial. Yes sometimes you do need a suit case of things, a hand bag just wouldn't do for some of the things life throws at us.

The important thing is being ready, being able to predict the actions of some people and the out come of some situations.

Often you  need only to go down a road but once to be able to recognize it when you are pushed onto it again, what makes the difference in your survival is remembering where the pot holes, and bumps are, and remembering that if you survived it before you could do so again.
