Rape is Rape.
Marital Rape is Rape. Intimate Rape is Rape. Stranger Rape is Rape.
Force-only Rape is still rape!
My Husband Raped Me
By Barrington H. Brennen, September 17, 2009
The story you are about to
read is real. Names, places, and times have been changed to protect the
identity of the individuals.
“Hi, I am Susan. I am
sharing my entire story so you can understand the subtleties of the rape
experience in marriage.
My husband and I first met on
Christmas Day many years ago. He was charming, attractive, kind and
sensitive at the time. We fell in love and in eighteen months we were
married in a beautiful wedding ceremony on the beach on Paradise Island.
All went well in the beginning of our relationship until the routine of
every-day living took over our lives.

We started having children
within two years and were busy working, going to church, and being involved
in community activities. Although I was busy like my husband, I realized
that I was demonstrating a greater need for closeness, affection, and
intense conversation. He worked hard and provided for the home
financially. I soon discovered thought that his “power house” body could
not really stand up against the daily rigors of heavy construction he was
involved in. He would come home hungry and tired at the end of the long
day. After eating he would fall asleep for the rest of the night and left
me hungry for attention. I did my best to make him comfortable, as an
understanding wife, but soon discovered that he showed no interest in
meeting my emotional needs. By this time he had lost his tender, sensitive,
caring spirit towards me.

Your Career and You: "On Being 'Virtually' Real"
I spent this past weekend in New York participating in a PRSA Board of Directors meeting. As I commented in one tweet, the room was filled “with a lot of very smart people…and me”!

Why Do Men Cheat Instead of Just Leaving The Relationship?
ByMathew Hussey
Q. “If you don’t love someone anymore, why don’t you just end the relationship before cheating???”
1. The Psychology behind it:
Now people who know me will tell you I am one of the friendliest people they know. I will talk to a fly if it says hello. So, if you hear me say I am not talking to someone or you see me ignore someone it has to be a very good reason.

Many people are convinced that the "older woman younger man" relationship can not work. I think they are wrong. I know of quite a few couples who are working. If there is a younger guy who is interested in you and is mature why push him aside simply because of your age difference? Now if he is old young/old enough to be your son and you are about 33 back off please, let the boy grow up. I am assuming that you are a rational thinking human being lol.
Let me stop lol...enjoy the article.
Reasons why Older Women prefer Younger Men
Older women dating or marrying younger men is no longer looked with awe.I have seen many couples where the woman is older.
The society has given relationships where older women dating younger men
the name Cougar Dating which I think is very unkind and mean. When guys can
date women who are old enough to be their daughters why can’t women do so?
Isn’t this Hypocrisy or Double Standards?
What are the reasons why some older women prefer younger men? The reason may be any of the following.

At around age 12 I decided to put down the pencil and art book, take up a paint brush. I did a painting of a girl, no one I knew just a face that came to my mind. That painting took me a good day, it wasn't anything elaborate and 90% of the time was spent waiting for the layers to dry on the steps. Well that was it for me eh, I figured there must be something else I could do with colours. Decided then and there I would focus on makeup.

The women who choose not to be mothers
More women in the developed world are choosing not to have children. So why do friends, family, colleagues and even strangers think it's OK to question their decision? We've come a long way, baby. Until a few decades ago, it was widely assumed that a woman would marry and, soon after, the stork would arrive with a special delivery.Today, there are many more choices - or more openness. To have a baby out of wedlock. To have a baby without a father. To have a baby and return to work. To have a baby and give up work. To have fertility treatment, and then a baby (or not).

Some women choose not to become mothers, and though their numbers are growing, they are still in the vast minority. In the third part of our three-part series on women without children, Dr. Mardy Ireland describes some of the stereotypes associated with women who choose not to become moms, and the challenges they face in defining an adult life without children.
